Break up property

Break up property
In the first flurry of love, Estate Agents in East London know that when new couples promise forever, it often means for the foreseeable future. Therefore it shouldn’t surprise anyone when property bought as a love nest becomes a battle zone.

Since the credit crunch took hold of the market in 2007, many young couples have found themselves in a situation where they have broken up but cannot move because their home is in negative equity. Unless both parties are willing to sell up and take the financial hit negative equity would mean, living with the enemy is the only option.

Or is it.

Renting out the property to a third party via a good London Estate Agent and waiting until the market turns, is another, perhaps more peaceful, solution. Good rental property in East London is hard to come by. Even if the mortgage is covered by the income and the rest is handled by lawyers, it may be a way to get out of the battle zone.
