Time to Sell

It has been a hard and fast rule for Estate Agents in East London that January brings the buyers, and indeed the sellers, to the market. Decisions to move are usually marinated on over the holiday season and acted on in the first couple of weekends of the New Year. Once, of course, the obligatory visit to B&Q has been made to buy a gallon or ten of inoffensive magnolia.

This year however, because of the weather, neither the buyers nor sellers ventured into the offices of many East London Estate Agents until the beginning of March. Just as the snowdrops were late, so the early year flurry of offers and exchanges was late too.

The hibernators have now woken up and the amount of new properties on the books of Estate Agents in East London has rocketed in the last month. If you are considering selling this year now is the time to do it.
