Whenever you think of riverside living within London there are certain locations that immediately spring to mind : to the west of town it’s Putney, Windsor or Chelsea, while towards the east it is Limehouse, Greenwich and Canary Wharf.

Generally, Wapping Estate Agents know that their region is often not considered by purchasers when they are looking for prime riverside homes. This unique old Thames side location has been the poor relative for locations like Canary Wharf or Limehouse for ages. Whilst Canary Wharf has benefited from investment as well as development in abundance, Wapping seems to have developed at a slow, milder rate. This milder speed now appears much less developed and therefore more attractive to buyers.
